Q: When does my order ship?
A: Orders are processed in batches and ship at the start of the following month after the purchase.

Q: I only received the receipt from PayPal in my email after the purchase.
A: I don't send any automated emails besides the ones sent by PayPal. That email is proof your order was accepted and is being processed.

Q: Do I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. After your order ships (see Processing Time), PayPal will email you the UPS tracking number.

Q: I need to get my order ASAP.
A: I can prepare your order outside the regular batch and ship it with express shipping.

Q: My order arrived and didn't come with any instructions. Where can I find them?
A: To reduce paper waste, all manuals and assembly instructions are digital. You can find them on the product's page on this website.
Since every product is hand assembled, orders are processed in batches.
Under normal circumstances, every order placed until the 25th of the month will be dispatched at the start of the following month.
If you place your order on the 25th of the month or later, it will be dispatched no later than four weeks from the date of purchase.
We never take longer than four weeks to dispatch any order, unless otherwise noted.
United States: UPS shipping for $30 USD (flat rate). Typical transit time is 3–5 business days once dispatched.
Every order shipped out has its own UPS tracking number, provided in your PayPal order details after it ships.
Damages caused by shipping are covered under warranty.
Lost packages(1)(2) are replaced under warranty.
Unclaimed or returned packages are sent back to customers.
The cost of returning a product for repair or replacement is paid for by the customer.

UPS delivery to the United States typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.
Fully assembled versions of our products are covered by warranty for one year following the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing of the product, such as assembly errors or faulty components.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by incorrect use, such as, but not limited to, power cables connected backwards, excessive voltage levels, or exposure to extreme temperature or moisture levels.
The cost of returning a product for repair or replacement is paid for by the customer.
DIY kits and bare printed circuit boards are not covered under any warranty and come with no guarantee of assembly troubleshooting or customer support.
